As a mother, mental health advocate, ordained minister, and Children's Pastor at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta, Bianca has built her mission around guiding others through their own healing journey before pursuing their dreams.

In 2015, Bianca founded BEE Speaks, a motivational movement designed to Build, Empower, and Encourage individuals through a healing-first methodology. Through conferences, women's retreats, couples' retreats, and church events across the United States, she creates safe spaces where people can confront their past, process their pain, and begin the sacred work of inner restoration.

Bianca's message is powerfully personal. After navigating her own life-altering season, she chose to transform her deepest pain into her greatest purpose. This authentic journey from brokenness to breakthrough allows her to connect with audiences in a profound way, she doesn't just teach healing; she embodies it. Her vibrant personality and relatable approach make even the most difficult conversations about trauma, mental health, and spiritual restoration feel accessible and hopeful.
